hamishkan.net and the domains that redirect to it (temple314.com, theartofshabbat.com, theartofshabbat.org, speedofthought.org, beitshlishi.org, beitshlishi.com, visrael.org, thewayofmoses.com, thewayofmoses.org, secrettemple.org, templeofsecrets.org, ninjarabbi.com, torahtmoshe.org, toraht.com, thegreatsanhedrin.org, thegreatsanhedrin.com, templeofsecrets.net) (the "Site") are operated by White Wolf Technology LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as D-E-V.com ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who receives it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

1.1 Information you give us. None through the Site: it has no sign-up, comments, contact form or newsletter. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

1.2 Visit records. Our own servers record each page you view: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, screen size, the page address, the referring page, the time of the visit and, if you are logged in, your account number. We remove passwords, login links and other secret tokens from page addresses before storing them. This uses a first-party cookie (_pk_id…, 13 months) to recognize returning browsers and a 30-minute session cookie (_pk_ses…) to group the pages of one visit. If you arrive from another site or a campaign link, a third cookie (_pk_ref…, 6 months) remembers that referring address. It runs for all visitors and is not controlled by the cookie banner.

1.3 Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google receives your IP address and usage data in the United States, including the addresses of the pages you view, how you arrived, and any words you type into the site's search box. We have turned off Google Signals and advertising features. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland or Israel, Google Analytics does not set cookies unless you accept it in our cookie banner. Until you accept, your browser still sends Google limited signals without cookies (for example, that a page was viewed and that consent was not given), which Google uses only to estimate traffic in aggregate. Elsewhere it is on by default; you can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

1.4 Cookies.

1.5 Religious content. The Site offers religious and educational content. We know that what you read here can be personal. We do not sell this information, do not use it for advertising or targeting, and do not build profiles of individual readers. Our own visit records are used only for site statistics and security.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

• Visit records and server logs: our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the Site and understanding its audience.
• Google Analytics in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and Israel: your consent, which you can withdraw under "Cookie settings".
• Legal obligations, and protecting our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not make automated decisions with legal or similar effects about you.

3. Who receives it

Google LLC (Google Analytics; United States). The Site and its database run on servers we operate ourselves in the United States. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business.

4. How long we keep it

• Visit records: 12 months.
• Server and security logs: up to 400 days.
• Google Analytics: 14 months.
• Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with them and keep a record.

5. Your rights

• Everyone: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at contact@d-e-v.com. We answer within 30 days. To find your visit records we may need the IP address you used or your _pk_id cookie value.
• EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland: you also have the rights to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, including our own visit records. Email contact@d-e-v.com with the subject "Objection". You may complain to your data protection authority.
• Israel: you may review your information in our database and request its correction or deletion under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
• US states: where a state privacy law applies to us, you may request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
• Do Not Track: the Site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

6. International transfers. We, our servers and Google are in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States. We rely on Google's data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses for transfers.

7. Children. The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes. We will post updates here with a new effective date and, for material changes, a notice on the Site.

1. איזה מידע אנו אוספים

1.1 מידע שאת/ה מוסר/ת. דרך האתר, אין: אין באתר הרשמה, תגובות, טופס יצירת קשר או ניוזלטר. אם תשלח/י לנו דוא״ל, נקבל את מה ששלחת ונשתמש בו רק כדי להשיב ולשמור תיעוד של ההתכתבות.

1.2 רישום ביקורים. השרתים שלנו רושמים כל עמוד שבו את/ה צופה: כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן והמכשיר, מערכת ההפעלה, גודל המסך, כתובת העמוד, העמוד המפנה, מועד הביקור, ואם את/ה מחובר/ת, גם מספר החשבון. לפני השמירה אנו מסירים מכתובות העמודים סיסמאות, קישורי כניסה וטוקנים סודיים אחרים. הרישום משתמש בעוגייה של האתר עצמו (_pk_id…, ל־13 חודשים) כדי לזהות דפדפן שחוזר לאתר, ובעוגיית ביקור ל־30 דקות (_pk_ses…) כדי לקבץ את העמודים של ביקור אחד. אם הגעת מאתר אחר או מקישור קמפיין, עוגייה שלישית (_pk_ref…, ל־6 חודשים) זוכרת את הכתובת המפנה. הוא פועל לגבי כל המבקרים, ואינו תלוי בבחירה בבאנר העוגיות.

1.3 Google Analytics. אנו משתמשים ב־Google Analytics 4 של Google LLC כדי להבין איך מבקרים מגיעים לאתר ומשתמשים בו. Google מקבלת בארה״ב את כתובת ה־IP ונתוני שימוש, כולל כתובות העמודים שבהם את/ה צופה, איך הגעת, ומילים שאת/ה מקליד/ה בתיבת החיפוש של האתר. כיבינו את Google Signals ואת תכונות הפרסום. באיחוד האירופי/EEA, בבריטניה, בשווייץ ובישראל, Google Analytics אינו שומר עוגיות אלא אם תאשר/י אותו בבאנר העוגיות. עד לאישור, הדפדפן עדיין שולח ל־Google אותות מוגבלים ללא עוגיות (למשל, שעמוד נצפה ושלא ניתנה הסכמה), ו־Google משתמשת בהם רק להערכת תנועה מצרפית. בשאר העולם הוא פעיל כברירת מחדל; אפשר לחסום אותו בהגדרות הדפדפן או בתוסף הביטול של Google (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). אפשר לשנות את הבחירה בכל עת דרך הקישור "הגדרות עוגיות" בתחתית כל עמוד. מדיניות הפרטיות של Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

1.4 עוגיות.

1.5 תוכן דתי. האתר מציע תוכן דתי ולימודי. אנו מודעים לכך שמה שאת/ה קורא/ת כאן עשוי להיות אישי. איננו מוכרים מידע זה, איננו משתמשים בו לפרסום או לפילוח, ואיננו בונים פרופילים של קוראים יחידים. רישומי הביקורים שלנו משמשים רק לסטטיסטיקה של האתר ולאבטחה.

2. למה אנו משתמשים במידע (בסיס חוקי)

• רישום ביקורים ויומני שרת: האינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו בהפעלת האתר, באבטחתו, בשיפורו ובהבנת הקהל.
• Google Analytics באיחוד האירופי/EEA, בבריטניה, בשווייץ ובישראל: הסכמתך, שאפשר לבטל דרך "הגדרות עוגיות".
• חובות לפי דין, והגנה על זכויותינו.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי, איננו משתפים אותו לצורכי פרסום מבוסס התנהגות, ואיננו מקבלים לגביך החלטות אוטומטיות בעלות השפעה משפטית או דומה.

3. מי מקבל את המידע

Google LLC (Google Analytics; ארה״ב). האתר ובסיס הנתונים שלו פועלים בשרתים שאנו מפעילים בעצמנו בארה״ב. ייתכן שנמסור מידע אם הדין מחייב זאת, כדי להגן על זכויות ובטיחות, או במסגרת מיזוג או מכירה של העסק.

4. כמה זמן אנו שומרים

• רישומי ביקורים: 12 חודשים.
• יומני שרת ואבטחה: עד 400 ימים.
• Google Analytics: ‏14 חודשים.
• דוא״ל שתשלח/י לנו: כל עוד נדרש לטיפול בו ולשמירת תיעוד.

5. הזכויות שלך

• כולם: אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע עליך, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו, בכתובת contact@d-e-v.com. נשיב תוך 30 יום. כדי לאתר את רישומי הביקורים שלך ייתכן שנזדקק לכתובת ה־IP שבה השתמשת או לערך עוגיית ה־_pk_id.
• האיחוד האירופי/EEA, בריטניה, שווייץ: בנוסף, הזכות להגביל עיבוד, הזכות לניוד מידע והזכות לבטל הסכמה בכל עת. יש לך זכות להתנגד בכל עת לעיבוד המבוסס על האינטרסים הלגיטימיים שלנו, כולל רישומי הביקורים שלנו. שלח/י דוא״ל אל contact@d-e-v.com בנושא "התנגדות". אפשר גם להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת המידע במדינתך.
• ישראל: את/ה רשאי/ת לעיין במידע עליך המוחזק במאגר שלנו, ולבקש לתקן או למחוק אותו, לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981.
• מדינות בארה״ב: היכן שחל עלינו דין פרטיות מדינתי, אפשר לבקש עיון, תיקון או מחיקה. איננו מוכרים ואיננו משתפים מידע אישי, ולא נפלה אותך לרעה בשל מימוש זכויותיך.
• Do Not Track: האתר אינו משנה את פעולתו בתגובה לאותות Do Not Track.

6. העברה בינלאומית. אנחנו, השרתים שלנו ו־Google נמצאים בארה״ב. אם את/ה מבקר/ת ממדינה אחרת, המידע מעובד בארה״ב. להעברות אלה אנו מסתמכים על תנאי עיבוד הנתונים של Google ועל סעיפים חוזיים תקניים.

7. ילדים. האתר אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 16, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם. אם לדעתך ילד/ה מסר/ה לנו מידע, פנה/י אלינו ונמחק אותו.

8. שינויים. עדכונים יפורסמו כאן עם תאריך תוקף חדש, ובשינויים מהותיים גם בהודעה באתר.
